Church Family,
As communicated earlier we will begin meeting together again this Sunday June 14th. We will offer two options to meet and will continue the on-line service as well. We will have a short service outside in our church parking lot from 8:00AM – 8:30AM. You can remain in your car or bring lawn chairs for you and your family. You may also want to bring an umbrella for protection against sun or rain. At this early hour it should not be too warm but please bring your own water. Communion packs will be available for pick up on Saturday and will also have some available on Sunday morning. No face masks required for the outdoor service.
We will also have a service inside in the auditorium at 10:00AM – 10:30AM. Masks will be required for everyone 6 years and older. We will keep every other pew open and ask that we keep six feet between families. Please bring your own water as water fountains will not be operable. We ask that the bathrooms be used for emergencies only. We also ask that after being dismissed that we do not socialize in the building, please move to the parking lot for visiting with other families. Our Spanish speaking brothers and sisters will be meeting in auditorium later Sunday. We have been assured by our janitorial service that they will do a complete sanitization/cleaning after each group leaves. Please do your part in keeping your hands sanitized.
We want to give options so as many as possible can be present to worship together. We know this is not the ideal situation and it will get better. We look forward to the day when our entire family can all unite together. Thankfully no matter what the situation is physically we are all united spiritually in Christ. We ask for your prayers and your patience as we resume our gathering together.
